Arizona Association of Counties announces new officers

The Arizona Association of Counties (AACo), the only statewide organization representing leaders in each of Arizona’s 15 counties and the governments they serve, recently announced its 2014 president — Mohave County Supervisor Buster Johnson — and officers.

In addition to Johnson, the officers include: Navajo County Attorney Brad Carlyon, first vice president;

Santa Cruz County Supervisor Manny Ruiz, second vice president; and Pinal County Superior Court Clerk Chad Roche, third vice president. Maricopa County Justice of the Peace Keith Russell, the outgoing President of AACo, rounds out the organization’s leadership.
