The seller in the transaction was Contreras Farms Limited LLC, which is controlled by VIP Homes. The name of the subdivision is La Jara Farms. It is located on the North West corner of Rittenhouse and Hawes Rd. This area is receiving a lot of attention from builders. K Hovnanian Homes, DR Horton, Lennar Homes, Meritage Homes, Taylor Morrison, and Maracay Homes are all within a 1.5 mile radius from this site. Maracay and Meritage are currently open for sales at Villagio and Victoria. Taylor Morrison, K Hovnanian, and Lennar are projected to be open by the start of next year.
