S&P raises Cave Creek’s credit rating to AA, lowers Phoenix

Standard & Poor’s has upgraded the town of Cave Creek’s credit rating from an A to AA, with an outlook criteria of stable.

S&P credit analyst Sarah Sullivant said the rating is up three notches since the last report was released in February 2012

Reports are released every one to three years, said Sullivant, the lead analyst for the Cave Creek report.
