Construction Association goes quiet, files Chapter 7 bankruptcy

For nearly 60 years, the nonprofit Arizona Construction Association (ACA) has served as the industry’s mouthpiece. On Wednesday, the association filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, reported Phoenix Business Journal.

The ACA has run into financial troubles in recent years because of membership loss.
