Paradise Valley Town Council has once again continued the pending special-use permit amendment request for the planned revitalization of the Scottsdale Cottonwoods Resort & Suites.

Scottdale Cottonwoods Resort & Suites is at 6160 N. Scottsdale Road in Paradise Valley.

Deliberations have stalled because new terms for a development agreement — typically the nuts and bolts of a commercial resort real estate deal depicting how much bed and sales tax is kicked back to the municipality — have not yet been reached.
