Casa Grande IDA opts not to sell property

The Casa Grande Industrial Development Authority decided Wednesday not to sell a building it owns at 305 N. Florence St., just north of the CookEJar restaurant.

Mark Bimson had asked the development authority about leasing or purchasing the building.
