Dalan Management Associates, Inc. based in New York City (Daniel Wrublin and Andy Wrublin, principals) and VM Management, LLC based in Phoenix, Arizona (Daniel Mickelson, Gladys Valencia Mickelson and Raul Valencia, principals) purchased the Del Sol Apartments property through Del Sol Venture, LLC for $4,796,000 or $22,000 per unit from SK Investments I, LLC on June 26, 2014. The property is located at 6534 West Montebello, Glendale, AZ. Dalan and VM have already begun making substantial capital improvements to the property and look forward to repositioning it into a fully renovated and well maintained community similar to their other properties in the area. Dalan and VM have purchased over 900 multi-family units in the Phoenix area since they entered the market in 2011, including the nearby Bethany Park Apartments in October 2013 and Glendale Manor Apartments in January 2014.
