Flagstaff home sales surge

Flagstaff housing sales for the first half of the year came in at a 13-year high and prices are continuing to climb.

But as the summer wanes, sales are starting to level off.

According to the Northern Arizona Multiple Listing Service, the number of detached, single-family homes sold in the Flagstaff region in June was down approximately 5 percent from the same period last year.
