I’m too sexy for my shirt … The biggest splash of Republican gov candidate Frank Riggs’ campaign wasn’t the announcement of his candidacy or the endorsement he snagged from former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum.

What had tongues wagging? His muscular torso. His new statewide ad features him, at times, shirtless and working his biceps and shoulder muscles. And he’s got muscles.

“Sure, it’s a tough job, and I’m just the guy to do it,” Riggs, who is in his early 60s, says in the TV ad, which spawned a couple of spoof videos.
