Scottsdale looking for creative P3 parking project for entertainment district

Got creativity, access to financing, experience with parking? Scottsdale is looking for some creativity for a pair of parcels in the middle of the Entertainment District totaling just under an acre.

Now that the area has become a hot spot for entertainment and technology companies, the city is desperate for a public parking lot—and it needs someone with the know-how, financial wherewithal and experience to build it.

Sweetening the deal is a clause that “additional private development” is permitted—as long as it has its own parking added to the mix.
