According to public record (click here to view the affidavit), Beazer closed on 59 – 50’ x 110’ finished lots within Sienna Hills Parcel 1 South. The deal closed 8/25/2014 for $2,655,000 ($45,000 per lot / $900 per front foot). The deal also includes deferred consideration (click here to view the memorandum) which will be paid to the seller (Starwood Land Ventures) upon each retail home closing.
