Cave Creek incumbent comes up short 3 signatures

A longtime member of the Cave Creek Unified School District will not appear on the November ballot after a court ruling this week.

Susan Clancy will not be allowed to run to keep her seat because her petitions did not have enough valid signatures, the court determined. She was three short of the required 205 signatures, according to a ruling Monday by the Maricopa County Superior Court.
