Denver buyer grabs Indian School apartment complex; Peoria center sold

RE Art 2A Denver real estate company has bought a 355-unit Phoenix apartment complex for $12.5 million, reports Phoenix Business Journal.

Colorado-based SPL Real Estate and Management Co. acquired the Bella View Apartments near Indian School Road and 29th Street for approximately $35,200 per unit.

A number of central Phoenix apartment complexes — especially near Camelback Road and the Biltmore Fashion Park — have sold this year.

Phoenix Business Journal also reports a North Dakota real estate firm has acquired a bank-owned Peoria shopping center for $3.15 million.

An arm of Fargo-based Property Resources Group has bought the 26,700-square foot Fletcher Heights Marketplace.
