Debt escalating, lawsuit looming around Prescott event center

The thing that was supposed to generate millions in profits has indeed proved profitable – for lawyers.

Other than that, the event center that was envisioned as the jewel of Prescott Valley is not having a very glittering year.

Its operator, as in previous years, is failing to make a profit. The center’s anchor tenant, the Arizona Sundogs, just canceled its season.

Seven-figure deficits on bond payments escalate by the month.
