$11.85M sale on 10/15/14 of The Promenade at Desert Sky apartments on the SEC of Thomas Road and 63^rd Avenue (6233 W. Thomas Rd.) in Phoenix by WT Promenade LLC, an entity formed by Woodspear Properties (John A. Woodward, general partner) out of San Marcos, Calif. The 300 unit Promenade includes 1 and 2 bedroom units and sits on an 11.4 acre site mostly tucked away off Thomas Rd behind the Brookside Apartments.
