Constables call for Acton’s withdrawal

ActonRELEASE: By Vince Roberts, President, Arizona Constables Association

The Arizona Constables Association (ACA) represents Constables in the State of Arizona and provides leadership and training to include Integrity and Ethical Conduct of its members.

We are extremely disappointed in the recent revelations regarding John Acton, a candidate for the office of Constable in Pinal County and his refusal to withdraw from his campaign for Constable.

Constables, and all elected officials, are and should be held to a higher standard of Ethical conduct and Integrity and the actions of John Acton and his refusal to withdraw from his campaign for Constable is disheartening.

We are asking John Acton to reconsider his position and to withdraw and ask the citizens of Pinal County to review all available information before voting in the November General Election.
