Glendale, Phoenix come to terms on land at Camelback Ranch

After months of negotiating, the cities of Phoenix and Glendale have come to an agreement on a $3,722,000 payment that was due in June to the City of Phoenix for land at Camelback Ranch/Glendale.

In the agreement, Glendale will now purchase the two lots from Phoenix over a five-year period.

The City of Phoenix approved the amendment to the Camelback Ranch IGA and Purchase Agreement. The Amendments will be on the Oct. 14 Glendale City Council meeting agenda for a vote.
