Vacant north Phoenix center sells for $7.2M

Crossroads Corporate Center : CBREJoe Blackbourn’s Scottsdale-based Everest Holdings and Chicago-based Walton Street Capital have purchased the 105,100-square-foot Crossroads Corporate Center at the Interstate 17 and Bell Road.

The seller was Pittsburgh-based Kossman Development Co.

The 11-acre center was built in 1987 and renovated in 2009. The vacant property is also home to an 855-spot parking lot.
