In Colorado and Washington state; recreational marijuana use is already legal.
Last night, voters in Oregon, Alaska, and Washington D.C. said yes to legalizing it for recreational use.
In 2016, seven states could have similar ballot measures including Arizona.
“We’re pretty certain we’ll have it on the ballot for people to decide in 2016,” said Ryan Hurley.
Right now, Ryan Hurley is working on drafting wording for a ballot initiative to legalize recreational marijuana in Arizona.
