Scottsdale, Oro Valley real estate pricey, but no match for dot comsville

Scottsdale is Arizona’s most expensive real estate market but it’s well off the most expensive cities in the U.S, which are almost all in California.

At the other end of price points, Maricopa and other Pinal County markets have the cheapest home prices, according to new report from Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC.

The residential real estate firm looked at listing prices for homes with four bedrooms and two bathrooms in U.S. cities.

In Arizona, Scottsdale was the most expensive at $524,200 followed by Oro Valley near Tucson at $453,900, Prescott/Prescott Valley ($432,600), Cave Creek ($410,700) and Flagstaff ($358,300).

That’s pricey but well off the most expensive U.S. real estate markets.
