North Valley explodes with new housing developments, more to come in 2015

A number of new housing communities are popping up all over the north Valley.

During Belfiore’s most recent survey in its north and northeast regions, 11 subdivisions had opened their doors for sales or reservations in the last 60 days.

Officials with the consulting firm project that 12 more communities will open for reservations and sales during the first quarter of 2015 in these regions.

Below is a list of the builders and the communities they are selling:

Sonoran Foothills by Homes By Towne

Villagio at Happy Valley  by DR Horton

Aerium Townhomes by Landmark USA (taking reservations)

Envy by DECO Communities (Taking Reservations)

Sage by Solvere Group

Monarch at Lone Mountain by Pulte Homes

Villas at DC Ranch by Camelot Homes

Almarte by Keystone Homes

Townhomes at Hidden Rock by Cave Creek Land LLC

Legacy Cove by Sonoran West Development (taking reservations, no website available)

Belfiore divides the metro Phoenix area into four custom regions and proactively visits every new home community in Phoenix, Tucson and northern Arizona, surveying the areas and adding the information they collect to databases.
