Pinal County chief deputy attorney Wintory to resign

Richard Wintory, the chief deputy Pinal County attorney who was suspended from practicing law for 90 days earlier this year, is expected to resign Jan. 2, according to a press release from the Pinal County Attorney’s Office.

No reason for his resignation was given in the press release.

Wintory was reinstated to the State Bar of Arizona on June 13, when his suspension ended.
