$5M+ Deal – Parts of Chandler shopping center go for just under $10M

Below is the deal that closed Monday, January 26, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$9.8M for five parcels of the Monterey Vista Village Shopping Center, at the NWC of E. Pecos and S. McQueen roads (910 E. Pecos Road), in Chandler, by Monterey Vista Village Shopping Center, LLC.

The parcels sit on about 10.5 acres and were built in 2006.

Tenants of the shopping center include Filiberto’s Mexican Food, AutoZone and Xtreme Air Trampoline Park.
