$5M+ Deals – $63M Multi-Family and $6.24M Airpark sales

Below are the deals closed Wednesday, January 7, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$63M ($114,130/unit) sale of the 552 unit Pinnacle at South Mountain apartments located at the SWC of I-10 and Guadalupe Road (5151 E. Guadalupe Rd.) in Phoenix by BEX Portfolio LLC, which is owned by Essex Property Trust via merger. This sale was part of a much larger $152.73M deal.

$6.24M sale of the Acoma business center adjacent to the Scottsdale Airpark (7812 E. Acoma Drive) in Scottsdale by Acoma LLC (Steve Kohl, Manager). The 50,052 SF space is split between eight condo parcels covering 1.148 acres.
