$5M+ Deals – Resort in Fountain Hills

Below is the deal closed Tuesday, February 24, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified this transaction.

$6.7 million sale of the CopperWynd Resort and Club at the northeast corner of Eagle Ridge and Copperwynd drives, (13225 Eagle Ridge Drive ) in Fountain Hills by Sun Tech Development LLC, an entity of Scottsdale-based Pinnacle Diversified LLC.

The resort sits on more than 14 acres, offering 32 rooms, all featuring private balconies and gas-burning fireplaces.
