The Arizona Center for Law and Society, to be the new downtown Phoenix home of Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law when it is completed next year, was ranked No. 1 when the Phoenix Business Journal today published its annual Valley Construction Projects list.

The list, for projects that were started in 2014, was ranked by total project budget. The Arizona Center for Law and Society topped the list with a budget of $92.6 million.

Second on the list was a $73.5 million widening of the State Route 101 freeway between Shea Boulevard and State Route 202.

Third on the list is the Mark-Taylor Princess apartment complex with a price tag of $72 million.
