Welcome to the Cullum Homes Car Bar — a cutting edge, revolutionary new space where car enthusiasts can display their prized collector cars and fine automobiles inside a select few homes in Arizona’s priciest zip code of Paradise Valley.

Arizona luxury home builder Cullum Homes has coined the phrase “Car Bar” in designing a new basement option that includes a space to park your car, equipped with its own elevator. That’s right – a car elevator will be used to lower vehicles from the main garage to the basement showroom, utilizing a motorized lift system.

The option is now available in Cullum’s new homes located inside the Village at Mountain Shadows.

The place that housed the beloved Mountain Shadows Resort for 50 years and hosted celebrities, sports stars and tourists in the shadow of Camelback Mountain, has been demolished to make room for 40 new luxury, guard-gated homes in a 10-acre, $100-million project.
