Office building planned next to Scottsdale’s Galleria

The owner of Scottsdale’s Galleria plans to build a large office project next to the former shopping center in Old Town Scottsdale.

Los Angeles-based Stockdale Corporate Partners plans to start construction on a 250,700-square-foot upscale office building this fall. The new development, called Marquee at the District, is slated to go up south of Camelback Road on the east side of Scottsdale Road.

The Galleria Corporate Centre is now 99-percent full after drawing San Francisco-based website builder Weebly’s North American customer operations center last year.
