$5M+ Deal – $15.6M mobile home community

Below is the deal that closed Tuesday, April 7, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$15.6 million sale of mobile-home community Pueblo Manor at the southwest corner of E. Pueblo Avenue and S. Meridian Road (834 S. Meridian Road) in Mesa by Filice Family LLC.

The buyer was Fermanagh LLC (William Corrigan Jr. and William Corrigan Sr., managers), an entity based in Apache Junction.

The buyer put $5.525 million down on a conventional loan for the property.

Pueblo Manor, built on 26 acres in 1983, is a 55+ community near the Superstition Mountains that offers a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, recreation center, exercise room, and internet café.
