[OP-ED] It’s time to demand honesty from APS

It is time for ratepayers to send Arizona Public Service, our state’s largest electric monopoly, a message about dark money:

Stop hiding your attempts to buy elections and influence the very elected officials who regulate you directly. Stop hiding behind shady shadow organizations to fund caustic scorched-earth warfare on your political enemies.

On May 20, at the Pinnacle West shareholders meeting in Phoenix, we plan to tell the leadership of APS: “We won’t stand for it.”
