Pinal constable again accused of impersonating a law enforcement officer

ActonSanTanValley.com on October 3 last year broke the story Pinal County Constable candidate, John R Acton had fabricated a law enforcement career spanning 26 years. Later that month, we broke the story he had also embellished his military experience.

In spite of the news, voters of District 7 voted Acton to serve as the new Pinal County constable.

Now, four months into Acton’s four-year term, he has had two complaints filed with the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office regarding his behavior on the job, both with allegations of impersonating an officer and intimidation.
