Arcadia neighborhood association asks Wright House developer to cease and desist

How far apart are opposing sides in the politically charged battle over a Phoenix house designed and built by Frank Lloyd Wright?

Pretty far, according to recent correspondence between the two sides over the historic Arcadia home obtained by the Phoenix Business Journal.

Arcadia Camelback Mountain Neighborhood Association President Craig Steblay earlier this month wrote Zach Rawling, who owns the David Wright House, asking him to stop holding any events at the property until he has received approvals from the city of Phoenix.

“We ask that you show us the same level of respect and consideration you asked of us by stopping all events until you have filed or follow through on an application,” Steblay writes.
