Single Tenant Operational Real Estate, or STORE Capital, bought an 11.75-acre parcel at 535-541 N. Route 73 for $16.6 million from H2O Entertainment Group and another smaller parcel at 543-A N. Route 73 in West Berlin for $650,000 from Acqua Holdings.
