Pending zoning approval and relocation of current tenants, Investment Property Associates will combine an existing apartment complex and office project into a new 500+ unit housing development on 16th St. between Camelback Road and Colter St.
IPA will purchase the two adjoining properties, totaling 13 acres, for a combined $26.4M. Existing buildings will be razed to make way for the new development.
