A region’s success depends on its multi-modal transportation system
Companies demand ease of transportation when considering moving to a city
For more than three decades, the South Mountain Freeway has been a critical part of the Maricopa Association of Governments Regional Freeway and Highway Program. Voters approved funding for it in 1985 and again in 2004.
This freeway will be transformative, bringing jobs and economic development to support the healthy growth and future prosperity of the southwest Valley, including the Laveen and Estrella areas in my district.
As the final piece to complete the Loop 202 system, it’s time to make the future a reality and build the South Mountain Freeway.
