Developer preps new 7th Avenue project, buys $31M complex

Scottsdale apartment developer P.B. Bell Cos plans on developing a new 204-unit apartment complex on Seventh Avenue in between Camelback and Indian School roads. P.B. Bell has also bought another existing complex for $31 million.

The new complex, called The Curve at Melrose, will break ground next spring and be open in 2018. P.B. Bell closed on a $24 million construction loan from U.S. Bank for the project.
