Phoenix-based residential real estate developer Boxwell Southwest, in partnership with designers The Ranch Mine, released plans for “Uptown Row,” a modern residential community in North Central Phoenix near 7th Avenue and Camelback Road. Set for completion in April 2016, construction of Uptown Row is currently underway.
