[OP-ED] Time for truth to shine on APS ‘dark money’

Bob Burns and other Arizona Corporation commissioners had the opportunity to do the right thing, but they did not. The request for APS to surrender their records surrounding their spending in last year’s Corporation Commission race is at best a feeble attempt to pacify public outrage and curiosity as to whether our state’s largest regulated monopoly spent millions to elect its chosen candidates.
