EPG, whose formal name is Environmental Planning Group, calls itself “an interdisciplinary firm offering environmental planning, landscape architecture” and research on biological, cultural, paleontological, and visual resources.

It performs environmental and other kinds of studies for power line projects, private developments, public parks and trails, hard rock and coal mining, and oil and gas exploration and development. It also works on natural gas, oil and CO2 pipelines, highways and other transportation projects, government agencies and siting and permitting of power plants of all kinds.
