Arizona housing costs rising, study shows

Home prices are up, riding a balloon that has been expanding for the past several years.

The Arizona Association of Realtors’ Residential Real Estate Market Report shows that sales are expected to gain momentum, even as inventories shrink throughout the state. Median housing prices have risen since last year, and pending sales have increased by 17 percent between March and April – 30 percent more than in 2015.
