Dealing with Sun City foreclosures

Recreation Centers of Sun City officials appear to be contemplating creating a separate entity that would be responsible for possible foreclosures on properties whose owners are delinquent in their rec center annual assessments.

The RCSC board will consider a motion to create Sun City Property Holdings, Inc., during its end-of-month meeting, 9 a.m. Thursday, June 30 in the auditorium at Sundial Recreation Center, 14801 N. 103rd Ave.

The holding company would be the owner of any properties foreclosed, according to the proposed motion.
