More details released about Casa Grande’s future raceway

Here’s how much the first phase of Casa Grande’s future raceway will cost

Last week Chandler-based Danrick Builders announced plans to build the massive, 2,360-acre motor sports center Attesa in Casa Grande.

Though the group is still awaiting full approval from the city and Pinal County, and has not actively searched out investors, Danrick has estimated the cost of the first phase of construction, which will likely start in 2017: $250 million.
