Rose Law Group is pleased to announce that Kathryn Honecker, chair of Rose Law Group’s Class Action Department, has been appointed to serve as the co-chair of the Consumer Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation.
The Consumer Litigation Committee’s mission is to educate and serve as a a resource for practitioners to keep abreast of the latest developments in consumer-rights law, including class actions, and network with others attorneys who practice in the consumer-rights arena.
For the past 16 years, Ms. Homecker’s practice has focused almost exclusively on representing plaintiffs, including consumers, in class actions. This appointment follows her three consecutive terms successfully co-chairing the Section of Litigation’s Class Action and Derivative Suits Committee.
