Flagstaff median house price moves closer to all-time high

The median price of a home in greater Flagstaff is knocking on the door of the city’s all-time high of $400,000 in 2007.

According to the Northern Arizona Multiple Listing Service, the median sale price of a home in Flagstaff rose $8,000 from $360,000 in April to $368,000 in May. That’s the highest median price for a Flagstaff home since 2007, when the all-time high of $400,000 was set that May.
