Real estate agents still see demand for expensive golf course properties from the Valley’s wealthier buyers. What goes better with a ski chateau in Aspen, Colorado, and a beach-front retreat in the Caribbean, Cabo or California, than a winter golf escape in Scottsdale or Paradise Valley?

Monica Monson, a broker with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, specializes in high-end properties. Her current listings include an $11 million mansion in Scottsdale’s Silverleaf area.
