The Villas at Baker Park, a gated community of 44 new semi-custom homes, is currently under construction at the NW corner of Osborn and 40th street in East Phoenix, on what was formerly the site of Baker Nursery. Richard Felker and Rich Zacher, Principals of Empire Residential, the newly-launched community development component of The Empire Group of Companies, have combined their many years of development and building expertise and are excited to introduce their inaugural project, The Villas at Baker Park.
