Golf course owner countersues Club West HOA

Golf course owner Wilson Gee has fired back at the Club West Home Owners Association, accusing it of conspiring with the city to put him out of business and refusing to help defray his “exorbitant water costs” so it can buy the course for as little as $10

Gee’s assertions are contained in his response to the HOA’s lawsuit and a countersuit against the association, which has accused him of curtailing irrigation at the Club West golf course and letting its once-lush fairways take on “a hay-like appearance.”
