Phoenix clinic breaking ground for $14M facility in Tempe

Mountain Park Health Center is breaking ground for a $14 million clinic in Tempe.

The 32,000-square-foot facility will be built on the former property of the Skipper Bud’s boat dealership, which is on the northeast corner of Broadway and McClintock roads in Tempe. Ground will be broken on Sept. 14, and the facility is expected to open in mid-2017.

Architect for the project is Smith Group JJR and general contractor is Concord General Contracting Inc.
