Scottsdale is reviewing a proposal from Kaplan Management Company to create a 622-unit multifamily mixed-use live/work/play development on 10.29 acres at Greenway-Hayden Loop and North 73rd Street in the Scottsdale Airpark.
To be built in two phases, the plan calls for two four-story luxury residential buildings with five internal courtyards. The buildings will be accessible by a series of pedestrian passages throughout the site and to an outer sidewalk network. Units will be available in a variety of one- and two-bedroom layouts, some of which will include rooftop access. Planned amenities include a 7,855SF clubhouse and a 5,354SF fitness center, as well as an onsite business center with conference facilities.
