DMB picks Cushman to broker Scottsdale mega development

Developer DMB Associates has picked commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield to handle leasing and marketing space at its 2.8 million-square-foot One Scottsdale project.

The 14-acre commercial part of the development is on prime real estate at the Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road. It is slated to include Class A office space, shops, a 400-room hotel and 2,000 residential units. One Scottsdale totals 120 acres including the residential and commercial components.

The development has been in the works for a while. Shopping mall owner Macerich is partnering with DMB at One Scottsdale.
